Our Italian subsidiary, Trox Italiana S.p.A., in San Giuliano Milanese (MI), Italy invites applications from Area Managers with around 5 years experience in air-conditioning The ideal candidate should possess: - a diploma in thermal or mechanical specialisation - competence in the regulation sector - good knowledge of English and/or German - aptitude in human relations - autonomy, initiative and dynamism and should be: - 25 to 35 years of age - familiar with Windows/Microsoft Office package - available to travel throughout the national territory

The candidate will be responsible for :
- providing technical support for agents and customers
- defining customer requirements so as to offer the best technical and commercial solutions
- negotiating sales conditions with customers
- diffusing the products in a defined area
- developing the products
- following up customer leads
